A Fractional Director is an experienced professional who works with your business on a part-time or retained basis, contributing at a strategic and leadership level without joining the business as a full-time executive.
I work closely with owners, founders, and senior management teams to:

Bring structure and discipline to planning and reporting
Act as a trusted, independent sounding board

My role is hands-on but proportionate, adapting to what your business actually needs.

I do not act as a statutory director unless expressly agreed in writing, and responsibility for day-to-day management and legal compliance remains with the company’s directors.
